No purchase necessary. No purchase method of entry is also available. Participants can obtain a scratch card by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope labelled The Captain’s Booty to Unit 202, 90 Performance Dr, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1P2.

The Captain’s Booty Terms & Conditions
The Game is open to all participants aged 18 and above. Employees of The Captain’s Boil are not eligible to participate. This campaign is only open to residents of Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. One checklist per table. Checklists are only valid between August 11th to October 1st.

Game Mechanics
*Participants voluntarily complete the ‘Treasure Chest’ checklists provided by The Captain’s Boil.
*Checklists can only be completed in the same visit and cannot be accumulated over multiple visits.
*Each completed ‘Treasure Chest’ checklist will receive one scratch card. Completing all three ‘Treasure Chest’ checklists in one sitting will earn four scratch cards.

Scratch Card Redemption
*All food prizes must be redeemed at the same The Captain’s Boil locations in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.
*All prizes are valid for redemption until 11:59 PM on 12/31/2023
*All food or coupon prize scratch cards must be brought into a The Captain’s Boil location for redemption on their next visit (cannot be redeemed the same visit that they received it)
*All other prizes must be redeemed via submission form on https://www.thecaptainsboil.ca/thecaptainsbooty/
*Participants will need to provide the following(Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Prize Pick Up Location, Unique Code on Scratch Card, Uploaded photo of the completed checklist, receipt and scratch card with unique code visible)
*The prizes won on the scratch cards cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with any other offers or promotions.
*The prizes are subject to availability, and The Captain’s Boil reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value if necessary.
*The Captain’s Boil will not be responsible for lost or stolen scratch cards.
*The Captain’s Boil reserves the right to refuse the redemption of any scratch card that is deemed to be fraudulent or tampered with.
*Cannot stack multiple scratch card redemption.

  • Consent and Privacy Notice: by participating in the Checklist Game, customers consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes outlined in this policy.
  • Use of Personal Information: the Captain’s Boil will collect personal information solely for the purpose of administering the Checklist Game and contacting the winners. We will not use personal information for marketing purposes.
  • Data Security: customer information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and data security safeguards to protect the personal information collected. In the event of any data breach or unauthorized disclosure, we will take immediate action to address the issue and mitigate any potential harm.

Please note that while we strive to ensure the security and privacy of all collected personal information, no system is completely immune to risks. In the event of any data breach or unauthorized disclosure, we will promptly inform the affected individuals and take necessary actions to address the situation.

Disqualification:
Winners will only be awarded a prize if they have followed all the terms and conditions. The Captain’s Boil reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent activities.

Liability
The Captain’s Boil shall not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the participation in The Captain’s Booty Game Policy:
By participating in The Captain’s Booty Game Policy, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above policies. The Captain’s Boil reserves the right to modify or terminate The Captain’s Booty Game at any time without prior notice.
